Plant Medicine for Health and Happiness Tuesday, November 9th, 6 - 7:30pm The first class will be an introduction to herbal medicine including how to to use some easily-foraged and kitchen cabinet herbs for remedies to stay happy and healthy. Herbal Medicine For Immune Support Tuesday, November 16th, 6 - 7:30pm Learn the traditional ways that herbalists have used plant medicine to strengthen the immune system and support the body to fight off pathogens. We'll discuss the herbs, fungi, and nutrient dense foods that offer resistance for colds, flu, and viruses and creative ways to use the ingredients and botanicals for internal and topical use. Herbal Stress Busters Tuesday, November 23rd, 6 - 7:30pm In this class, we will learn how to calm the nervous system and build stamina with the support of tonic, adaptogenic herbs. We will discuss ways to keep the body in balance no matter what life throws at you through a variety of therapeutic herbs and their application and uses.
