During our 4 weeks together, participants will experience the joy of cooking with fresh ingredients from the land and sea, forming a strong foundation towards future adventures in the kitchen. Along with cooking, we will build community working on our microfarm, fostering a strong connection between the kitchen and a healthy environment. As we prepare our meals together students can look forward to learning delicious recipes, getting comfortable using different kitchen tools, and developing their sense of belonging in the kitchen.
